I have officially lost 7 lbs., which is not much, but everything lost is gain. I have been taking the baby on walks in the stroller because it has been sunny and fair here lately. Nike+ has been a new investment that I truly enjoy. In addition, I have rejoined Weight Watchers. I have started doing some weights/calisthenics routines from Nike Training Club. Mostly for the recipes, but it is a good system with good accountability.
My husband and I have came up with a list of 12 weight/fitness related goals in which we will compete for like prizes. Some are presents like $25 of iTunes purchases (for example) but others are services like one weekend free of baby diaper changes. We both have made head way but do often have steps backward in our eating habits. I am working on getting more consistent. Until next time.
